| Saturday 6th January | The MindTravels Experience with Mark Hutchinson 7pm-9pm Two one-hour sessions crossing the borders between mindfulness, mental health awareness and spirituality. In the first session the spoken word and improvised piano takes you on a journey from anxiety to letting go with pure blissful meditative pieces. In the second session experience a unique approach to inviting spiritual guidance to each individual present. |
